TERMS & CONDITIONS — 3v3 DXB

1. Services Provided

3v3 DXB provides inflatable 3v3 football pitch hire, tournament organisation, academy programs, birthday events, school events, and corporate/team-building football experiences across Dubai and the UAE.

2. Bookings & Payments

All bookings must be confirmed in writing via our booking form, email, or WhatsApp.

Bookings are not confirmed until payment or deposit is received.

Full payment must be made prior to the event date unless otherwise agreed.

3. Cancellations

Cancellations made more than 72 hours before the event may be rescheduled.

Cancellations within 72 hours are non-refundable due to staffing, transport, and setup costs.

In cases of extreme weather or safety concerns, 3v3 DXB may reschedule the event.

4. Responsibility for Venue

The client is responsible for ensuring:

Safe, suitable playing surface (grass, astro, or indoor turf)

Adequate space for pitch setup (minimum area required)

Access to power if required

General safety of participants and spectators

5. Participant Safety

All participants play at their own risk.

Parents/guardians are responsible for children during events.

3v3 DXB staff supervise activities but are not liable for injuries resulting from normal play.

6. Equipment

All equipment remains the property of 3v3 DXB and must not be tampered with or misused.

7. Photography & Media

3v3 DXB may take photos or videos during events for promotional purposes unless requested otherwise in writing before the event.

8. Liability

3v3 DXB is not liable for:

Injuries sustained during normal football activity

Damage to personal property

Issues arising from unsuitable venue conditions provided by the client

9. Changes to Services

3v3 DXB reserves the right to adjust event formats, staffing, or structure where necessary to ensure safety and quality delivery.
